      As crew providers and administrators we are well equipped to arrange crew transportation, meet visa and operating license requirements, supply appropriate personal protective equipment to all appointed seafarers and ensure that all seafarers joining ships have had appropriate vaccinations and possess the necessary certification and paperwork in accordance with STCW 95 Convention, with amendments. Flying squads and repair teams of proved specialists are available on request.

      As part of our extensive program of shipboard familiarization we are able to provide all seafarers with a working insight into:  

            *     Port State Control
      *     Bunkering Operations
      *     Pollution response
            *     STCW compliance
      *     The ISM code and ISO 9000 series
          quality standards.     		 

     This familiarization training makes use of our extensive range of training video and  other modern training medium.  

   * Performance of ships’surveying (especially pre-purchase surveys), condition surveys, etc

  * Performance of  ISO/ISM/ISPS/MLC 2006 audits (external)or for the purpose of evaluation of the SMS/Quality system on ships or in office, and check principals' ships and/or office with unscheduled audits  

  * Evaluation and preparation of ISM/ISPS/MLC 2006 documentation for Ship Owners and Ship Managers

   * SeaMonte d.o.o. is engaged as S & P broker in Montenegro, and act on behalf of leading S & P brokers.

   * We are contractors for local shipyard founded in 1927, capable to perform repairs for ships up to 120.000 dwt on its two floating docks with 10.000 and 33.000 tons lifting capacity and inside free span of 25,5 and 44 met. respectively.

   * Marine consultancy on different maritime matters and cooperation with local offices / institutions
